Use the contact page and include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) you want reviewed/removed.
Your name and a way to contact you.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We do not host Instagram media; we provide tooling that fetches publicly available URLs. Still, we’ll review and respond appropriately.
